Debra E. Garza

Debra Garza is a well-known paralegal in the Probate and Trust community in Riverside and San Diego counties.

Debra began her legal career in 1990, working as a legal assistant in the field of estate planning, probate and conservatorships. Debra’s career continued to expand, including patent administration, intellectual property patent applications and defense.

In 2001, Debra became the Probate Examiner – Investigator for Riverside Superior Court – Indio Branch. Debra earned a solid reputation among counsel throughout Riverside County and beyond as an able and precise Probate Examiner who was sharply analytical yet eager to help counsel and the Courts address any matter requiring attention. Debra was highly regarded as being a helpful and cooperative Probate Examiner by presiding Judges and counsel alike.

Upon returning to private practice, Debra has continued the development of her skills and was independently sought out by many counsel for her skills as an independent contractor and consultant, for her expertise in fundamental areas of probate and trust administration practice, including, but not limited to, trust accountings, conservatorship procedures, conservatorship accountings and all manner of trust and estate filings before the Court. Debra believes the combination of experience both inside and out of the Court system allows her to assist clients in an effective and compassionate manner.
